If we find that your hardware or problem can’t be fixed, or possibly needs replacing (because it would be more cost effective), our team will be in touch to let you know.

We have a great range of stock in store, such as refurbished computers, or new screens and printers. If we don’t have something you need in stock, we can order it, and normally it will be here the next day. This includes things such as replacement laptop chargers, accessories, and new computers.

We have multiple options avaiable, including repeaters, and backup systems to keep your wifi working in a power cut. We specialise in making sure your home internet speed will be running as fast as it can.

TRAINING AND SUPPORT
Our team are great at teaching! Ask around about us. We are happy to provide training on things including emails, smart phones, Office applications, and more advanced things, such as cloud file management. Talk to our team to learn more. We also having different training rates to our standard call out fees, so be sure to ask!
