I'm originally from USA but have been living in NZ for 20+ years. I graduated in 2012 from the Computer Power Institute with a diploma in Systems technology encompassing Windows operating systems, Virus removal and all PC and laptop hardware and screen repair. This also prepared me to pass external exams, coupled with hands on experience, to achieve certification as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), CompTIA A+ (Computer Engineer) and Network+ (Network Engineer)
